Website Redesign

Vodafone’s website redesign took place in 2013, and it’s all about the customer experience.
Our proposal was to dramatically cut down the complexity of the old design, taking a much simpler and cleaner structured approach – customer- centered web interface.
Using latest technologies and cross-platforms integration, the new website is providing easy access to what customers search, guiding them faster to the information they need without unnecessary clicks.
Kubis developed the informational architecture and layout redesign, in order to drive attention to what is relevant for the customer and increase conversion rate.
